Primary Care & Community Nursing
Primary Care & Community Nursing
Our values were developed by listening to our service users, the community, and our staff. They show our commitment to equality and are at the centre of everything we do. These are caring for each other, working together and always improving; this matters to us and the population we work with each and every day.
Our strategic direction is steering us towards more care being delivered closer to home, making working within the Swansea Bay community an exciting place to be. Across the Swansea Bay footprint, there are eight multidisciplinary clusters. These clusters tailor service provision to population need and demand, adopting a learning and spread culture for initiatives across our communities.
