There are also ‘doctor’ bike sessions available throughout the year where all staff can bring their bikes along to be serviced for FREE (repairs include punctures, brakes and cables, and turning of gears).

It’s not all about
hospital-based care

We are currently rolling out community-based virtual wards, with separate multidisciplinary teams, targeting the specific health and social care needs of the cluster population we serve.

We are also part of a Regional Collaboration for Health (ARCH), a partnership with Hywel Dda University Health Board and Swansea University. ARCH is a unique collaboration project aimed at improving the health, wealth and wellbeing of South West Wales, so it’s an exciting time to join the organisation.
