Senior, principal and consultant pharmacist (AfC Bands 8b and above)

Pharmacists within our senior management structure have responsibility for managing teams and budgets within pharmacy. They have significant experience in leadership and management activity, leading on local and national policy, projects and initiatives and managing staff within their site or division. Some roles may be heavily focused on clinical pathways, e.g. consultant roles, whilst others are non-patient facing, e.g. procurement, finance and governance.
