Assistant practitioner roles (Band 4)

In 2018, the Welsh Government’s ‘A Healthier Wales’ plan and national transformation programme set out a long-term vision of a ‘whole system approach to health and social care’ which is dependent upon a modernised workforce of which the Assistant Practitioner Role will be a crucial component in developing a sustainable and future workforce.  Swansea Bay UHB are looking for experienced staff either with the relevant qualifications to apply for these roles across the health board or staff employed into a trainee Assistant Practitioner Programme whilst being supported to undertake the level 4 Higher Education Certificate to enable them to develop and gain the relevant qualifications to progress into the band 4 Assistant Practitioner roles.
